October 2014. Skip and Dione Cooley representing Cattle Drive Chili at the International Chili Society World Championships in Las Vegas, Nevada. Skip and Dione are considered “Master Chefs” by the ICS having participated in the World Championships over 20 times. They have together won over 170 individual chili cooking contests. They know Chili and the love Cattle Drive!

September 2014. Always on the alert for new items, Pete Burke visited Hong Kong in September seeking out both the back alleys and the finest of hotels for new food ideas and products.
Here are a few pics of “High Tea” at Hong Kong’s famous Penninsula Hotel as well as some local market favorites. New items are always in demand at the Clubs! The 2015 Hong Kong Food Expo is in August this coming year and Pete is already practicing his chop stick etiquette in preparation for sampling all varieties of Chinese cuisine.

May 2014. began working with King’s Pasty, a major player in the premium bakery products industry. King’s Pastry recently relocated to a brand new state-of-the-art facility occupying over 120,000 square feet in the heart of Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
King’s Pastry’s manufacturing plant features the markets most technologically advanced machineries including the Super Silo System and the Auto Tunnel Ovens Production line, both of which are European designed and purchased equipment.

March 2014. (Pete and Jack) hit the Natural Foods Expo again this March 6th to the 9th in Anaheim, California. But after walking the 10 miles to cover all the entire show, we opted for this transportation to get back to the car. Glad we did. Exciting stuff, and we discovered some new food trends that will be coming to a Costco near you soon.
