May 2011. Introduced the Hoffy Bacon Wrapped Hot Dog - the most fun you can have with a hot dog.  Wrapped in Hoffy Premium Bacon, this is a griller’s delight.

April 2011. introduced at Costco’s Bill Bailey’s Tender Cut Beef Sirloin. 

This is USDA Choice Tenderloin, thinly sliced and marinated in a zesty Asian blend of spices. This delivers tenderness and flavor that’s great as a meal or in Asia beef tacos, salads, and stir fry.

August 2010. at the Costco Los Angeles Children’s Hospital Charity Event. 

Jack, Nancy, and Pete man the 16th hole sampling station. This is our 10th year of sampling Bill Bailey’s Tri Tips at the Costco Los Angeles Children’s Hospital Charity Event at the Coto De Caza Country Club.  Over 180 sandwiches were served along with adult refreshment and many friendly words exchanged over this great event. Thanks to Henry Haskell and Square H Brands for another great event.

Summer 2010.  Great display of Soy Vay in all Costco stores throughout the Western Region during the Summer of 2010.  Soy Vay is regularly named the best seasoning sauce by Men’s Health and other publications.

June 2010. Costco’s helped with the promotion of Cattle Drive Baked Beans throughout their stores with this $2 OFF coupon on an eight pack. 

April 2010. introduced a new item to Costco stores in the Northeast: Hanover Kidney Beans. Hanover Foods Corporation is the top producer of kidney beans in the country and the largest independently owned food processor in the eastern United States.

September 4-7, 2009. purchased all materials seen here and executed a 4 day Labor Day Outdoor Roadshow Event in just a ten day period. We cooked up over 300 Bill Bailey's Santa Maria Tri Tip over the weekend serving up close to 15,000 samples. Did we mention it was 102 degrees! The event was declared an overwhelming success and opened the doors for more sales!

March 10-13, 2009. was introduced to thousands of International Pizza Exhibition attendees Las Vegas as the this exciting new condiment is offically launched and available.
