Then Plan - works with manufacturers to understand what you do best.  We research your company from a marketing perspective, and then match your expertise with club opportunities.  We then collectively develop and agree on a club channel strategic plan.  This straight-forward plan defines the product(s), pricing, packaging, and support programs that we then will present to optimize your chance of success in the clubs.

2. Specialized Marketing Expertise - specialized club marketing expertise is second to none in the industry.  Our experience and successes at major consumer package good companies, when combined with our “entrepreneurial bent”, make us unique.  We digest the competitive club store environment for you and get your products to the point where they have a reason for being. One Stop Shop for Sales - executes a national sales program across all eight regions of Costco’s including corporate and international.  We have representation on both sides of the continent to efficiently cover the entire country. We know the buyers and understand how to approach Costco differently from other clubs and retail outlets.   Our experience and understanding of the Costco business model helps us formulate the right strategies to present premium products to the regional buyers. We work to ensure that buyers look forward to seeing us.  We want them to anticipate that is bringing them the latest and best products available for their category.

Club Secrets - The club industry is tricky and you have to be aware of the landmines.  We understand how the club industry operates and how to most efficiently market your products to them.  If you are not negotiating correctly or are unaware of various pitfalls, you may be significantly reducing or negating your club profits.  We can do this because of our many years of experience across different clubs and buyers.  We pride ourselves on being up-to-date on the latest trends and management directives in this industry.

5. Support! Support! Support! - executes all support and promotional activity and handles all day to day club administrative management issues that arise from both clients and clubs.  We make ourselves available to support you.  We tell buyers the same thing.

6. Fewer Clients, Superior Service - We want to sell products.  We do not dilute our service managing a team of subordinates.  We assume all responsibilities ourselves.  We will stay a small brokerage that will provide superior service to a few select clients.
