November 2005: Barkeepers Friend joins

Barkeeper's Friend, the safest, most trusted and the most recommended cleaner by kitchen hardware manufacturers for being easier on pots and pans is sure tough on rust.

I brought my trusty shovel into work and applied Comet to one side and Barkeeper's Friend to the other. It's easy to see how well Barkeeper's Friend performs!

October 2005: The Los Angeles Costco Children's Miracle Network Charity Golfing Event

Golf? Heck no! We're working!

 again served up about 150 delicious Bill Bailey's Anaheim Chili, Cilantro and Onion Tri Tip sandwiches for the Los Angeles Costco Children's Miracle Network Charity Golfing Event. 

Grab a Bill Bailey’s Santa Maria Tri Tip Sandwich (dipped in au jus) at the 16th hole of the North Course in Coto De Caza, California.  Nancy cooked up over 16 tri tips for the Costco golfers participating in the annual Children’s Miracle Network charity event.  Good food was appreciated by all.

July 2005: Mutual Trading’s Asian Stick Rice placed in Costco

Innovative Mutual Trading item, Asian Sticky Rice, is placed in Costco. This item was demoed with S&B Curry and introduced a great curry dish available in 2 minutes

May 2005: Bumblebee visits

David Burt, Vice President of Sales, Special Markets Division, and Alan White, Vice President of Club Sales, visited Results Headquarters in May to discuss the acquisition of Castleberry's Snows' by Bumble Bee Seafoods. Results will continue to represent the Cattle Drive and Snows line while developing new business opportunities for the new organization in club outlets.

May 4-12, 2005: goes to Japan

Mutual Trading Company hosted a trip to Japan. Peter Burke traveled with Toshio Ueno to meet with Mutual's Tokyo office. While there we visited the Japan FoodEx and Costco. Highlights of the trip were a visit to Tsukji, Tokyo's fish market (the world's largest and certainly the busiest); and, learning the art of making sushi knives from master artist, Mr. Hirano.

Pete Burke and Jack Gibson are pictured with Jeanette Michel and Sue Watkins at WDS headquarters.  We find that if you have a terrific product - get it on the members’ taste buds.

October 2004: World Championship Chili Cook-Off

We love staying close to the key opinion leaders in our categories but this one is exceptionally fun because we love chili!  Skip Cooley and Dionne Cooley, an associate of and Castleberry Snows Brands, both qualified for the World Championship again in 2004.  Dionne won the World Salsa Championships at this event in 2003 and was defending her title.  Dionne was introduced to President George Bush Sr. when she won the Maine Cook-Off this year.  Dave Melbourne and Peter Sowerika from Castleberry’s joined the Cattle Drive Results Team to Judge the Championships.

October 2004: Los Angeles Costco Children’s Hospital Charity Event

The Teams broke out the cooking utensils to prepare hot Bill Bailey’s Tri Tip sandwiches for the the Costco participants in the annual golf charity event.  We love to golf but we’re better adding to the festivities cooking and entertaining the golfers.  This event raised $400,000 for the Costco Charity.

We love to check out new products in unique locations. Pete visited the Juneau, Alaska location and learned first hand the unique opportunity that Alaskan buildings hold for Costco.
