August 23, 2008. Bill Bailey’s Tri Tip Sampling Event at Costco in Chico, CA. Bill Bailey’s Tuscan Tri Tips are being grilled right outside the Costco entrance to the delight of incoming members.
The Costco team went out of their way to make this event a super seller. It was next to impossible to not want to sample and buy the tri tips first thing inside the entrance.
February 2008:Bill Bailey’s works with Diane Bailey of CDS and Costco Management to coordinate an exclusive demo program for one of our favorite clients. Secrecy prevents us from telling more, but as usual Pete gets stuck with the dishes - something he is good at.

January 2008: Mark Boves, owner of the successful and tasty Bove's of Vermont Marina Sauces participated in a made for TV event - It was an Lasagna Cookoff. Without telling who won - Check it out on the Food Channel on March 16th or 17th.
April 2008 - Jack and Peter introduced the latest exciting new product to - , during the International Pizza Expo, April 1-3, 2008, at the Convention Center in Las Vegas. Pizza Zing is a brand new pizza condiment that heat lovers sprinkle on their pizza for "flavorful heat". The product is made up of 2 cheeses, 7 zangy peppers and 14 Italian spices. Eating pizza will never be the same again without Pizza Zing.

January 2008 - Winter Fancy Food Show. The Winter Fancy Food Show was held in San Diego at the Convention Center this year. We attended and visited many of our vendors including Eddie Scher from Soy Vay, manufacturer of the famous Veri Veri Teriyaki Sauce.
January 2008. introduces Bill Bailey's Tuscan Tri Tips into Costco. Square H Brands introduced Tuscan Tri Tip into the marketplace allowing consumers either a great baking or grilling experience. Bill Bailey's Tuscan Tri Tip cooks up quickly and easily while offering the great Tuscany flavors of basil, thyme and olive oil. It was a Super Bowl hit.
December 2007: Medi-Temp to roll out. will be rolling out the new Medi-Temp Variety Pack in 2008 as members can now receive three unique adhesive therapy pads with three hot AND cold temperature packs. This Health and Beauty Aids product represents a significantly superior method for managing aches and pains while being the best value on the market - BY FAR.
June 2007: Pete travels back to Tokyo to catch up on the latest foods and findings in Tokyo. He saw $80 cantaloupes, $200 pack of Strawberries and $200 cuts of beef in the Isetan Department Store and unique items across the city. The Costco is quite a ways from the city and requires at least a couple of transfers on the Japanese Railroad. It is impressive to shop there in contrast to the kiosk oriented selling in most of Tokyo. Call us up and we'll be happy to fill you in on the details.

We visited with Eddie Scher of Soy Vay, Tim Metzger of Tillen Farms and James Lee of Sam's Choy - All Fancy and Terrific Foods! Lots of black licorice, candied pretzel mixes and other neat new products!

Jack and Pete toured the Natural Foods Show in Anaheim, CA March 24th. We saw Michael Renna of Michael Angelo's, Mutual Trading Inc., The Green Mountain Salsa Boys and many other interesting products and folks.
And, No, I'm not cruising in California's Central Valley (which provides 25% of all the food America eats), I'm at the Staislaus Food Products booth at Las Vegas's Pizza Expo.

January 2006:Bove’s of Vermont joins
There’s nothing like a new product end cap at Costco’s. New client Bove’s of Vermont Pasta Sauces rolled out in the Northeast with a three pack of Roasted Garlic and Marinas. Bove’s uses only all natural ingredients in all sauces. Each batch carefully sautes its garlic and onions in the three hour cooking process. The taste is divine.
